2.  Do you accept insurance?
Currently, I only accept Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, UMR, and United Healthcare insurance (not the Community Plan). However, for those who do not use these insurance carriers, I can provide you with a superbill as an out-of-network provider, which may provide you with some insurance reimbursement.
3.  What is your rate?
My rate is dependent on the service being provided and can range from $120-140.  I accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or HSA/FSA debit cards.  
4.  What if I cannot afford your fee?
Don't let my fee discourage you from contacting me.  For those who have financial need, a sliding scale fee may be available.  
5.  Where is your office located?
My office is located at 305 Vine Street, Suite 4, Liverpool, New York 13088.  It is in walking distance to Onondaga Lake Park and within 5 minutes of Route 81 and the New  York State Thruway.
 6.  Is there free parking available?
Yes!  There is free street parking available as well as parking behind the building (off First Street).
7.  Do you provide online therapy?
Yes!  I have a secure video platform with which I can provide telehealth therapy, or we can talk over the phone if that is more comfortable for you.
8.  How long can I expect to come to therapy?
There is no simple answer to this question.  It is likely that the issues that bring you to therapy will require more than a session or two to resolve.  Some individuals find a few sessions to be adequate while others need more.  Often as therapy progresses, there are more deep-rooted issues uncovered.  Throughout the process we will collaborate together to determine what you need.
